Verse 33Dissolution
Absorption in the Supreme Void
Bhairava
This verse says that if you use this way of contemplating, anything you think about can melt back into emptiness. It is like watching an image dissolve into a blank wall or into open space. The result is a deeper freedom, because your mind stops clinging to what it sees.
ईदृशेन क्रमेणैि यि कुिावप वचन्तना । शून्ये कुड्ये परे पािे स्वयम् लीना िरप्रदा ॥ ३३ ॥
īdṛśena krameṇaiva yai kutrāpi vicintanā | śūnye kuḍye pare pāre svayam līnā vara-pradā || 33 ||
Translation
By this method, whatever one contemplates anywhere becomes self-absorbed into the void, the wall, and the transcendent beyond; this grants the supreme boon.
Let any thought or object dissolve by seeing it as empty and absorbed into the transcendent beyond.
