Verse 25Visualization
Perceiving Bhairava in the Elements
Bhairava
This verse says that the divine can show up in many forms—breath, space, moonlight, and visible beauty. Instead of thinking these are separate from the sacred, you can learn to see them as expressions of one reality. The practice is a shift in seeing, not a change in the world.
मरुतोऽन्तर्हविः वा वियद्युमावनितधनात् । भैरव्या भैरवस्येत्थं भैरवि व्यज्यते वपुः ॥ २५ ॥
maruto'ntar haviḥ vā viyad yumnāvanitadhanāt | bhairavyā bhairavasyaitthaṃ bhairavi vyajyate vapuḥ || 25 ||
Translation
Whether as the inner oblation of the winds or as sky, moon, woman, wealth, and the like, in this way, O Bhairavi, Bhairava’s body is manifested.
See the divine form disclosed through elemental and symbolic appearances in the world and body.
