Verse 78Body
Resting Without Support
Bhairava
Sit comfortably and let your hands and feet be relaxed, not braced or tense. When the body feels fully supported and at ease, the mind can stop gripping. In that ease, a sense of wholeness can arise by itself.
मृद्वासने विजैकेन हस्तपादौ वनराश्रयम् । वनधाय तत्प्रसङ्गेन परा पूणाध मवतभधिेत् ॥ ७८ ॥
mṛdvāsane vijāikeṇa hastapādau nirāśrayam | nidhāya tat-prasaṅgena parā pūrṇā matir bhavet || 78 ||
Translation
Sitting on a soft seat, placing the hands and feet without support, through that contact one becomes endowed with the supreme, पूर्ण, complete understanding.
Let the body rest in an unsupported, relaxed posture so awareness naturally opens into completeness.
