Brief Body-Field Emptiness
Bhairava
For just an instant, feel the body as empty space rather than as a solid object. Even a very short glimpse can interrupt overthinking. The idea is that a moment of openness can reveal a deeper stillness.
विज्ञानभैरव तन्त्रम् तनूदेशे शून्यतैि क्षणमािं विभाियेत् । वनविधकल्पं वनविधकल्पो वनविधकल्पस्वरूपभाक् ॥ ४६ ॥
vijñānabhairava tantram | tanūdeśe śūnyatāiva kṣaṇamātraṃ vibhāvayet | nivikalpaṃ nivikalpo nivikalpasvarūpabhāk || 46 ||
Translation
In the region of the body, one should contemplate emptiness for just a moment. Becoming non-conceptual, one becomes one whose nature is non-conceptual awareness.
Use a brief flash of attention on bodily emptiness to trigger a stable non-conceptual state.
