Rising Through the Lightning Current

This verse asks you to follow an energy or image as it rises sharply, like a flash of lightning. Do not force it; just notice the movement upward. When it naturally releases, a bigger opening or awakening can appear.
विज्ञानभैरव तन्त्रम् उद्गच्छन्तं तवडद्रूपाम् प्रवतचक्रं क्रमात्क्रमम् । ऊर्ध्वं मुवष्टियं याित् तािदन्ते महोदय् ॥ २९ ॥
udgacchantaṃ tavad-rūpam pravartacakraṃ kramāt kramam | ūrdhvaṃ muktvā yāti tāvad ante mahodayam || 29 ||
Translation
As the form rises like lightning and the wheel of movement turns step by step upward, when it is released upward, there is at the end great arising.
Track a rising inner current until it releases into a higher awakening.
